CITY of San Luis Obispo - NEW Business License Application

Thank you for bringing your business to the city! This application is for the City of San Luis Obispo only.

A few things to note regarding the business address information that you will be submitting on the next page:
1. PO boxes or virtual addresses cannot be used as business locations.
2. If the business is located at a commercial address in the City, please attach a Zoning Form.
3. If the business is operating or located at a residential address in the City, please attach a Home Occupation Permit application.
4. If the business is a rental, please email [email protected] a list of all rental addresses inside city limits.
5. If this business is located outside of the city, no additional forms or information will be required.
